Recently I asked a guy I blew a first impression with why he gave me a second chance and he told me that people have to get clear in three areas — clarity of their vision, certainty of their actions and their values. Values being the most important. Going onto add that he could tell I was confused on the first two at the time, but it was clear we have similar values and when that happens a person is worth being gived a 10th, 100th or 1000th chance.

Little bit of topic, but I hope I never forget those words as they helped me to look at people differently and to judge less.
