In terms of how often I use these words, I would say pretty often, if not daily. Between working in sales, trying to grow a personal brand and being a dad. A friend recently said that all he is doing now is instead of writing up proposals he is asking his clients to write them up to ensure he is told exactly what they want and then he asks them to price them. Little bit unorthodox, but interesting idea.
