Hey Eric Sangerma there’s more to it but it’s very academic. Funny one of the points is clarity but it’s written by a Dr. who uses words I had to look up — but it is a science backed book so should be expected I suppose. Big reason for writing this was to dumb it down. Everywhere we turn were told to work on Emotional intelligence but you can learn a lot about yourself by working on social skills .
